A website visitor clicks the "Contribute" or "Pay Now" button/link, this will take that site visitor to a secure, custom branded, eCommerce portal that will enable that site visitor (contributor) to easily and confidently fill out the eCommerce payment/donation form. There will be no accounts to set up. Once the payment/donation is made, a payment/donation notification email is sent to the transaction maker (this will generate an automatic email thank you letter from you to your site visitor) and the eZcontribution.com admin (campaign staff or organization staff administrator) confirming data validation and credit card processing.

On the Admin user end, the individual eZcontribution.com payment/donation portals will allow for various editing and reporting features. The admin area will allow for simple recording payment information and generating reports. The admin area will also allow for adding/removing recipients.

Branding of your payment/donation portals is very important, so we will take care of that for you all included in your per transaction fee percentages. All we will need is a digitally formatted logo (example: logo.jpg) and any contact information you will want your contributors to have access to. If you would like to extend your URL branding, MSA and eZcontribution, LLC will premium host your website, issue you your won SSL and your manage your domain on the MSANetwork. These extended services will ensure that your contributors see your brand and an example URL like this - https://secure.yourdomain.com/janeqcandidate (Notice - This may not be the exact format of your URL). The cost of an SSL starts at $150 per year.

For MSA Designed corporate websites, an "Email-a-Friend" feature can be added. The contributor will have the option to forward the donation page along with a personal note via email to their contacts, expanding your donor list and reach. eZcontribution.com is a seamless, automated system from beginning to end that helps you raise money for donations or  past due payments owed to you. This is much less expensive and convenient option compared to long-term electronic processing options or conventional collection services including litigation.
